They are applicable to conventional fourdrinier paper machines.
Eight-shed single-layer polyester forming fabrics are designed for producing heavy basis weight wrapping papers including sack paper, kraft paper, linerboard and corrugated paper, as well as general printing papers. They fit conventional fourdrinier paper machines.
Eight-shed double-layer polyester forming fabrics are used for producing premium printing papers such as dictionary paper, offset book paper and newsprint, tissue paper, as well as the top stock, liner stock, core stock and bottom stock for paperboard and forming paper. They are suitable for medium and high-speed paper machines.
Sixteen-shed two-and-a-half-layer polyester forming fabrics apply to the production of premium printing papers (offset book paper, coated base paper, newsprint, cigarette paper series including forming paper and filter rod paper), toilet paper, tissue paper, and the top, liner, core and bottom pulp layers of white cardboard and kraft cardboard. They match medium and high-speed paper machines.
Multi-shed three-layer polyester forming fabrics are suited for manufacturing premium printing paper, tissue paper and cigarette-grade paper series, and are applied to high-speed paper machines.
